At Pixiepie, we’re committed to making your shopping experience joyful and hassle-free—even when things don’t go quite as planned.

    Exchanges

  • No exchange or return will be accepted if the seal is broken or removed.
  • We offer exchanges for size or style within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at contactshop.pixiepie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange and images.
  • Store Credit (No Monetary Refunds)

  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
  • If an exchange isn’t suitable, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping) or any other discount applied.
  • Store credit will be issued as a gift voucher or wallet credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (socks, caps) items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • How It Works

  • Submit your return/exchange request via email or your customer dashboard.
  • Once pickup is initiated, the item must be shipped back to us in its original condition.
  • Once inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
